Behavior of monitors/screens during 120VAC off/on cycle

Monitors that behave exactly as one would hope (i.e., they turn back on when 120VAC power is applied without human intervention).

- From Robert ("Boob") Rayle at the Museum of Science, Boston: "We use either NEC or Samsung - most recently we've been using Samsung 740BX and 940BX. So far for us, if the LCD has that master rocker on/off switch and it's on, then when the front soft-touch switch is on and power killed, it comes back on when power is restored."
