TechnoFrolics' Exhibit offers British Maritime Museum Visitors New Ways to Explore the Ocean Tides

Visitors spend a virtual day by the ocean, experiencing the rise and fall of the tides, as they spin through the hours using the new interactive Spin Browser™ video explorer at the National Maritime Museum in Falmouth. The total hours of time-lapse video footage span two tidal cycles and capture a scene in which the landscape changes dramatically through the course of a day. The receding tide reveals a sandbar that becomes walkway for beach goers to explore an island offshore. As the tide rises, visitors return to shore and the temporary walkway vanishes beneath the sea.
