For the Concord Consortium,
Inc.
Designed
and built 25 units of a mechanical enclosure for an educationally-focused
portable ultrasound distance sensor with computer interface.
These units are currently being used as teaching and curriculum
development tools in the United States and internationally.
For the Technical
Education Research Center (TERC) Inc.
Designed and built a first phase prototype of pressure sensitive
jump pad, and contributed to associated data acquisition hardware
and display software, for a childrens’ "Physics Playground".
Provided a written document detailing interactive, fun,
high-tech exhibit possibilities for a new museum being developed
focused on appreciation of rock and roll music and its surrounding
culture.
